I like that they are always willing to work with you no matter what your budget is! They have been very helpful when it comes time for my firm's annual technology refresh/rebuild cycle - whether we need help selecting our new hardware (servers) or software solutions. Their staff has also done some great consulting around issues such as data storage capacity planning / requirements analysis. There isn't much about them that really stands out except their willingness to go above & beyond at every turn which allows us to be confident that everything will run smoothly once implemented. We use Innovate CS products primarily for document management systems but do utilize other tools from them including SharePoint Online.
