Right2Home is comparable to a building made of cards; it appears to be stable at first glance, but with the slightest provocation, it all collapses. On their website, their furniture may have an appealing appearance; however, in actuality, it is not at all appealing. The quality is subpar, and the construction of the pieces is subpar as well, similar to that of a flimsy cardboard package. The living room furniture that I was given was not only uncomfortable but also appeared to be manufactured from materials of a lower quality. When it came to the items for the household, they were disposable after a single use, much like plastic cutlery. Even worse was the lackluster quality of the customer support. They did not respond to my concerns and lacked any form of empathy or comprehension of what I was going through. It was like arguing with a robot that had been pre-programmed to deliver responses that made no sense. I made an effort to return my purchase; however, the procedure was unnecessarily difficult and required an excessive amount of work on my part. In conclusion, Right2Home might look like a welcoming house, but it's really just a front for something else entirely. Don't let the pretty pictures and low prices deceive you; this company is not to be trusted. If you want to equip your house with high-quality furniture that can withstand the measure of time, you should steer clear of that particular store.
