Revain's Essential Men's regular fit long sleeve t-shirt as advertised. I'm 6ft, athletic/slim (no abs), wear a 39 R jacket and 15 1/2" x 34" shirt. I bought it in a medium size and it fits well. As other reviewers have pointed out, it does shrink a bit after washing. It fits me because the length is just right. Due to the figure-hugging cut, the sleeves are tight, but not too tight. This makes it a good base layer when layered over a shirt, sweater or jacket. They are a little heavier and the sleeves are a little looser.
