A Christmas present. The faucet was junk right out of the box. When turned on, it emits a terrible squeak and a burning smell. Tried to come back through Revane and was told I had to go through Hamilton Beach. . Hamilton Beach said I could get a new mixer if I paid $11.49 shipping. on a faucet for $20. There is no guarantee that a replacement will be better and you will have to pay for the return shipping if it doesn't work. Hamilton Beach refused to refuse delivery of a DEFECTIVE product which I had only used 5 times while Revain worked around the date issue even though this product was opened less than 2 months ago as a Christmas present. not happy with Hamilton Beach and not happy with Revane. . I wish there was a half star option for both of you!
