I originally got this for a small renovation as part of a spare bathroom remodel. The wood in my mother's bathroom is 50 years old and very tarnished. I couldn't find anything remotely colored in our large boxes in brick-and-mortar stores. I tried it and am very happy with the results. The photos included in the kit show the color matching only. This was my first application and since then I've learned a few tricks to improve the end results. Take an old card from your wallet or something with a flat edge and after applying, simply scrape off the top layer to give a smooth, flat surface. Again, I didn't do it for these photos, but after? I did it and it was perfect. I used other colors for different purposes. For example, when a plumber used white epoxy to install new bathroom sinks, a small portion was visible and stood out against the ebony background. I took one of the black tubes and applied the bead to the epoxy and as a result it almost disappeared. With so many colors and possible combinations, I can't think of much that it wouldn't work for. very easy to apply and dries completely overnight. I liked it so much that I bought two sets to use in the future if needed. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who needs to fix a hole, rut, scratch or whatever.
