Terrible quality, disappointed with the purchase.

I bought myself a big TV. And I decided to buy a flash drive under 128GB in order to throw a dozen films there for viewing. See for yourself (pictured). In fact, there is 112GB instead of the declared 128GB. Those. 17GB less! S. Ka I just have no words. I gave 1500 for it, it would be better if I added an external hard drive and cooled.
And yes, I know that this is always the case, the declared memory is higher than it actually is. But not 15%?
