Nice cheap skirt
The material isn't top quality, but it's decent for the money. We use it for Irish dances and have seen the same black or plaid skirt on many dancers. My daughter's only complaint is that the waste rises too high, but she folded it inside and it was fine. Would I buy again and recommend for a casual skirt or for a feis.
