Great for outdoors.
I was going to install/hang Christmas lights on a concrete block fence and wanted a stainless steel hook to keep the hooks from rusting. It was the perfect size for this purpose. Instead of drilling into concrete blocks, I attached them to the wall with Sika's construction sealant. It takes a few days to dry but works well.
