I love the idea of this product, but in the special container that contains the dental floss, one of the two plastic handles that hold it in place broke after a careful attempt to unscrew it. Very disappointing. And now I don't want to unroll the thread because I don't have a strong container to keep it fresh for a year or two, that's enough for me. This thing is only $15 so I don't even have to send it back. I really want to enjoy this product but if they don't send me a replacement I'll either have to super glue the pen or put the filament in a special container. Aggravating.
