I like that we are able to see all of our accounts in one place at once. This is something that has been difficult for us as most of our customers have many different accounts spread out between multiple systems. It would be great if there were more integrations available to allow us to pull data from other platforms into Omnivex Moxie. Our biggest problem right now is not having access to the correct customer's account information so we're unable to follow up or deliver service faster than normal. We want to make sure everyone who needs assistance gets help quickly and efficiently. Having access to the same system helps us do this by allowing us to gather relevant information about each person in a matter of seconds instead of minutes.
