I have contacted my ISP and Tenda customer service to troubleshoot my internet equipment. After both companies restarted their hardware (and any other tweaks they made), things are working much better. We still don't get the speed we pay for, but it's not like AOL anymore. It was pretty easy to set up. Unfortunately, although my work computer and my TV are directly connected, with one device below and one above, the systems cannot handle an additional work computer, 2 mobile phones and 2 additional TVs. God forbid I try to use my tablet or personal laptop. 😕
