Do not plan to upgrade or "upgrade "
Innova claims you can upgrade. They even offered a free upgrade. But we tried to download and run their "Repair Solutions" software on 2 different PCs. You almost have to disable Windows Defender to start it, then the program won't even run! Writes "unhandled exception, contact technical support". Yes, they tell me it's a MICROSOFT problem! Um, sorry, but if my operating system tells me something is wrong, then your program will not run on two different PCs on the operating system it was designed for, it's not the operating system's fault. Mainly because it's the only program that won't start. Stop getting rid of the problem and fix your useless software!
