I bought it for my relatives as it had all the functions they wanted. But it's not a very good phone and I've found another one with more features that works a lot better. The problem is that the amplification is incomprehensible, in addition, the phone is not of very good quality, so even without sound amplification it does not always work well. Look for a Uniden phone with all of these features plus a cordless phone.
