Nice and easy!
I bought these paper flowers for my birthday party. They are very easy to fluff, you just have to take your time because it's tissue paper. It is best to loosen one side first, then the other. In this way, if you try to pull to the middle, you will achieve the fullness of the flower. I added some green pipe cleaners to the center wire to create the stem, then placed three flowers in a 20" Eiffel Tower vase (see photo). They are beautiful!
