For storing tools in the garage at home. I was looking for a box with wheels at a great price. It was excellent value for money. The top drawer is removable. Means of transport. Padlocks can be used on both the chest and the wagon. I feel like the negative reviews are coming from people buying a cheap solution and expecting quality from the craftsman. The only negative thing I can say is the hooks on the inside of the car door, they are useless to me. keep falling. I am very satisfied with this product. Will buy again if something happens to it.
