This is a very high quality. Getting a metric and standard mic for the price of one with the quality you'd expect from Mitutoyo was well worth it. Not to mention the DRO alone that makes this tool unique. It comes with 1 year Mitutoyo warranty and Mitutoyo inspection certificate. One feature I really like is that you can set the draw on the gauge block to 0.0 and then everything you measure will show up as the difference between the size of the gauge block and the part you are measuring . My only regret is that I didn't buy them sooner. However, the case they give you is pretty cheap and the mic will wobble in it unless you add some foam yourself.
