Helped my daughter buy this for her mum and 2 weeks after the returns window closed the rock fell out of the pendant. Needless to say my daughter is upset that her gift looks like this. Wouldn't risk giving this away for free if you appreciate how it might turn up in a very short amount of time. UPDATE 6/3/2020 - Contacted seller who replaced trailer. So no complaints about customer service. However, the follower lost the stone (AGAIN) from the same spot as the first time. A clear design flaw and the pendant is not worth buying if looks are important.
