Inexpensive materials for lighting and ceiling fans
Bought to renovate a client's washroom. Wanted it to match the brass fixtures (towel hook, soap dish, TP holder etc) but it was more yellow than the brass. Also, the "brass" part is brittle aluminum, easy to bend and scratch. This is not usually a problem as the mount is hidden above the glass dome. But in the end I decided it looked too cheap. The search continues.
