Review on Wireless Shipping Printer Direct Thermal by Dube Jansen

I was very happy with this as I wirelessly print all my shipping labels from my iPad. Printing on paper, cutting and tape is such a waste. When I received this, the initial setup of the printer itself was straightforward and straightforward. There were various ways to install software on a computer, but none of them were clear or helpful. I ended up calling and customer service to set everything up was very helpful. Just call and make it easy for yourself. This is where I found out that this printer is not configured to print shipping labels wirelessly. It can only print barcodes and QR codes wirelessly. It makes absolutely no sense to me and I was very disappointed to find this as that was the only reason I bought it. I hope this becomes a feature in the future. Ultimately, printing shipping labels from my computer isn't the end of the world, it's just another step. And it's definitely easier and less wasteful than the old method of cutting paper and tape. Overall I was happy with the printer itself, just disappointed that it doesn't print shipping labels wirelessly and that wasn't clear from the description :(
