I bought this USB-C hub to replace [ASIN:B08CB4RWRV OKX USB-C Docking Station] (only 60W but self-powered) which my MacBook Pro 16 inch could not support keeps 100% at any time of the day. At first I was concerned that this hub always requires two USB-C cables to be connected (one for power and one for accessories), but then I realized that it comes with a 2-pin USB-C cable, that serves both purposes. It's also LONG, making it extremely comfortable for a variety of laptop positions. I am very happy with the performance of this hub. My 16" MacBook Pro (2019) runs at 100% performance all day. I had no issues with my HDMI monitor. There are a variety of USB connectivity options on both the back* and front* of the machine. Best of all it's a lot smaller than it looks in the pictures, the handy size combined with the long connection cable keeps it away from me but still close enough in case I ever need to connect something to the front panel I can do this Highly recommend device.
