It has all the functionality I need in one place, which saves me so much time. Also, they are always willing to help out when there's an issue or question about the program - no other software provider does this. There really isn't anything negative I can think of, but maybe if you're looking at different programs, ask them what features they offer specifically. We were using more than 10 spreadsheets to keep track of project hours and pay rates. This was such a mess we actually had to do some double-checking just to be sure everything matched up correctly. Now we only use 1 spreadsheet (and don't even print anymore) and know exactly how many hours each worker put into every task/project.
