Glory! for shoes

Heaven for my feet! My podiatrist ALWAYS pushes me to buy Kayanos. Since he's a world-class marathoner (Boston etc more times than I can count and every other marathon you've ever heard and never heard of) and he has his own foot issues, I tend to listen to him. was unable to walk due to traumatic arch fall (strange new alignment straightened my knees) until I got orthotics from my chiro. It allowed me to walk with pain. A few years later I found my podiatrist and with his orthopedic insoles and recommended by Kayanos I CAN WALK! I've run a half marathon and a few more sprint triathlons and 5-10Ks that involved moving. What if you think you'll never walk again, so awesome as a normal legged person walking down the Boston M IMHO. But I digress. $350 annually (after insurance!) orthopedic insoles or bought new Kayanos in recent years. Why? Because the Kayanos were so HEAVY and they and the orthotics were so expensive. I used to joke that my orthotics were the best million bucks I've ever spent lol. become a novel! My knees started stretching again a few months ago, I couldn't find a close substitute for the best sketch shoes because I didn't have a model name (seriously, I closed Disneyland last week when it was open in these Sketchers - walking and So I finally got myself new orthotics (which were only $40 this year! Look at the fickleness of health insurance companies - although I'm not soooo complaining!), and my podiatrist laughed when I told him how his shoes reminded me kayanos are way too heavy ooh i started looking at these guys then i stood for hours in flip flops in the upholstered kitchen matt baking my sons birthday cake and my feet went numb from the Ball to my toes on both sides and my sciatica is now worse than any of my pregnancies which has been the heaviest so far so I finally bought these Kayanos and as soon as I si e received, I took out the sole and placed it in my orthopedic ste lakh and fastened it. Wow, cloudy light! So soft and comfortable to walk and stand on, from Heilsstr. I like to roll to push off. The combination of orthopedic insoles and Kayanos is GOOD MEDICINE for my legs and body! It took over a week and a half of running with the combination before I felt like I was back on my feet/toes. Sciatica still gets bad, but usually after going without shoes or wearing naughty shoes (anything but that combination) for a day or two. sometimes naughty with my choice of shoes, but then I pay for it and resort to my Cloud Orthotics/Kaysnos combo in any way I can. Until my beautiful shoes, or no shoes at all, sing to me again and the process starts all over again. alone, and they're so slightly silvery and fat. Well I don't hate her looks, I really love her! But you know. My incredible shoe collection is a love affair that I don't want to give up unless absolutely necessary. $160 on shoes is no joke, but now I can say these guys are the second largest million dollars I've ever spent. HIGHLY RECOMMEND ESPECIALLY if you have plantar fasciitis, nerve problems or any other foot/leg/hip/back problem!
