Review on ๐Ÿ‹๏ธ Ultimate Performance: Under Armour Men's ColdGear Compression Leggings by Narendra Thapa

Poorly finished seams

I use this product as a base layer for cold winter runs (10-15K, 0C/32F). The warmth these Cold Gear leggings wear under additional leggings compared to the non-insulated Heat Gear version was great, even in inclement weather. Keeping your feet warm and comfortable while preventing tightness and muscle strain that can otherwise occur in cold weather. However, on my long daily runs, I've noticed that the stitching frays over time. The seams are thicker, probably due to the extra insulation, than the non-insulated version of this Heat Gear product. Heat Gear versions, whether short or long, have never caused problems. This should be unique to this isolated version of Cold Gear, and you'll only notice it after repeated long runs. I'm not sure if this was a one-time issue or a design flaw. I had a previous version of this product that did not have this issue. If you look at the seams, you can see that they diverge in places and form irritating fibers. It might be fine for everyday wear, but not for long-distance runs. The manufacturer can look at this detail and update the design if necessary as otherwise they are great as are other UnderArmour products I own.
