Bought to replace old set. I use them to call my kids home when they're at a friend's house. Because of these things, we can hardly understand the word that the other person is saying. Complete garbage. Repeat everything over and over again. It appears that the speaker's mouth is pressed directly onto the microphone. At first I thought it was just my kids fooling around, but then they said they didn't understand me either. Super fun design, easy to use, the range is not bad, the volume is great, but as I said, you can't understand a word, so completely useless.
