Excellent durability. I expect it will do well for a year or two given the weather. Would suggest an extra pair of hands for final assembly. My cat loves it but gets a little confused sometimes trying to get out lol. I can add some lining inside for the winter months. While I'm not a cat and don't plan on sleeping in it, I do think the durable material can get cold laying on it. Maybe I'm just thinking too much. LAUGH OUT LOUD. Love love love that it will be easy to clean and wash. I would buy it again if needed.
