We had a horrible summer with the mosquitoes.I used it while weeping and when I took the dogs out. It was a lifesaver. Mesh is quite thick and not very breathable.!

I love my hat. I purchased it for working in the garden. It’s excellent for keeping gnats and mosquitoes out of my face. The only thing I don’t like is because of the color, it gets a little harder to see when the sun goes down
