Glow in the dark There was a lively debate among my colleagues about this minifigure's potentially racist implications. While everyone agreed that the cloaked figure was clearly a ghost (and not a member of an ignorant hate group), there were questions about the figure's actual skin color. If the body is white and the face is black, we're in trouble. However, if the minifigure is actually black but dressed all in white (gloves included) then it's just an African disguised as a ghost. This fits in very well with the LEGO movie as the ghost minifigure is Vitruvius (voiced by Morgan Freeman). However, it's a good thing and I highly recommend it.
