Comfortable chair but missing/broken parts.
TLDR: I would give this chair 5 stars for its comfort, but it arrived with a broken part and a missing nail. Day 4 of using this chair, about 9 hours of daily sitting in it. The seat is very comfortable with excellent lumbar support. I'm quite short so it's good that this chair has a slider and allows my feet to touch the floor at multiple height settings. My only NEGATIVE is that the package arrived with a broken part and a missing screw. One of the plastic pieces holding the pusher arm was broken so actually moving the chair is quite difficult. The missing screw also supports the slider, so I hope this slider doesn't fall off.
