The design was more beautiful than any other company. I used to use 9x12 Dimensions which was more difficult. I like that the thread is very well organized. I think there is no other way. I liked the product and didn't have the issues that other reviewers had. However, this time I had all their problems. For me, the thread was cheap, loose and very thin. Secondly, the needle was also cheap as it could damage and further wear out the thread. I bought my own needles and they worked fine. I understand that the color batches are related to the quality of the threads, but I think they can make threads from a better material. Too bad I won't be using Dimensions anymore as I'm spending months on a memorial project for my two granddaughters and need quality materials that will last.
