Hmm. I think there are some quality control issues here. It wasn't his hour and he was losing his stubble. And let me assure you that I am not the owner of super thick, super knotted 3 foot horsehair. There is literally no good reason other than manufacturer error for this brush to be a negative bristle. I haven't used it on my kid who definitely has a rat's nest on the back of his head. It's not like I'm going broke buying this thing, but I work for every dollar I get so it's still disappointing. I only bought this brush because it's Christmas, I needed a new brush and didn't want to buy the 22.00 brush I used to use. Keep in mind. I've had the Olivia Garden finger brush for about 10 years now. It only started breaking the last 2 fingers and now it has 3 fingers instead of the original 6. So. bought this to hand. A day later I received a good amount of money for Christmas (thanks dad ♡) so I ordered this replacement finger brush and it will be here on the 21st. In the meantime, I'll try not to use the poor thing on the child. God forbid, after this nightmare there is only 1 bristle left.
