I noticed an interesting feature if the disk is not very heavily loaded, it can work for a long time without failures, but you just need to load it, and not it takes half an hour as it falls off . (as if overheating) the smart shows a temperature of only 32 degrees . today I soldered all the microcircuits and added heat-conducting rubber bands, to the memory chip (they need a thicker rubber band) and to the drive-head controller (there is a need for rubber thin, the most interesting thing is that a heat sink is provided on it, but for some reason they regretted the rubber band . I assume that it was precisely because of the local overheating of this microcircuit that failures occurred .) I have been testing for two hours already ace, so far everything seems to be fine. some time has passed. the glitches remain, the rubber bands are useless. I found a solution, I repaired my disks. from the beginning I thought the problem was in the hardware, or rather with overheating of some components, but this not so. the problem is in the disk program. the firmware is not enough. with the help of special equipment, you need to make some changes to the disk program, after which they work great.
