I received this item through the Revain Vine program in exchange for an honest review.My wife and I have received to-go cartons of various kinds when dining out. Some are cheap and some, like these, are elegant.We often have guests over for dinner and often send them some the extras from the meal. We also send dishes to folks in the church who need a meal for whatever reason. These really fit the bill. They are a good size to hold three or four servings of one item, or a full hot or cold meal for one. The transparent lids fit snugly to the base, and do not leak. I filled one half full of water and none leaked out as I tilted it. I also placed a container full of water with the lid partially closed into the microwave until the water boiled for a few minutes. Both the lid and base held up to the heat and did not deform. Our guests will enjoy a nicely presented meal but won't need to return the serving containers. They will even get a nice reusable container for their own leftovers!
