Review on Bowers Wilkins Cancelling Wireless Headphones by Kristen Davis

I bought this to replace my 5.5 year old QC20 when it stopped working. When I just received this device, I found that the noise canceling function is worse than QC20, the sound quality is ok, but the app doesn't let you change the equalizer like other brands, so the app is basically useless . Then I noticed that the battery is the worst part of the device, they claim the battery can last about 10 hours but mine could only last about 6 hours. Then, after 2 months of very infrequent use, the device stopped working. In general, PI4 is much worse than QC20 in my experience. Very disappointed.
