The platform is easy to use & has an excellent support team (available 24/7). You can customize almost everything you need for online store management. They have been working hard in improving their services over time which makes it very user friendly. Their customer service is great too! I think they could add more options at this stage of development but that's personal preference only. We are solving problems like shipping orders within minutes rather than days or weeks by using channelape as we were previously doing manual order fulfilment process via emailing customers directly.
