I have bought many high magnification mirrors in my life as I am a farsighted makeup artist. I was surprised by the quality of this mirror and its size. It's true that you need to get pretty close for image resolution, but that's not that impractical. And so with any magnifying mirror. Another thing - for a 20x magnifying mirror - it's huge! It's not one of those tiny things that you tape to another mirror - this product is its own mirror. Four centimeters in diameter is not much. But it's surprisingly big. It's made of plastic but durable enough with decent quality. I wish it was attached to a metal base and not a collapsible plastic stand, but I just put it on top of some books so it's at eye level and it works great. Gently pluck your brows or make sure your eyeshadow blends perfectly and your eyeliner is balanced. You can see your base is even and all those little facial imperfections are hidden. Believe me, with this mirror you can see EVERYTHING! I find the high magnification - and what I can see with it - encourages me to remember to use my skin care products. This mirror also shows the positive results of your skin care! I am very happy with this mirror. I recommend this and I'm picky about my makeup mirrors. I would buy this product again.
