Review on Retevis Bluetooth Wireless Rechargeable Warehouse by Kyle Cross

Revainrating 2 out of 5

Instructions are a waste of paper

Bought these radios to replace Midland with wired headphones. Pairing isn't too difficult, but you'll have to re-pair every time you turn off the earpiece or radio. The sound quality is good if handled with care. Lots of static electricity when moving or when wind makes them hard to hear. Written instructions are useless as they are in broken English. Why don't these guys just hire native English speakers to check their stuff before they print it? Apparently their software allows you to access various functions of the radio, VOX, channel frequency, etc., which you can download when you find them. The only problem with the software is that there are NO (ZERO) instructions, so good luck with that. Communication with the company via the software. This only works if you download a driver that overrides USB to act as a serial port. SERIAL INTERFACE? What year is this? Will be returning them due to setup frustration and lack of instructions.

Pros
  • RB37 portable two-way radio has VOX levels 0-9; direct call without PTT; free hands; Alarm; 50 CTCSS and 232 DCS; Squelch Level 0-9
Cons
  • Hard to tell
