I've been a fisherman for a long time and technology has exploded over the years! Along with the prices. I love that Lowrance found a way to use the same technology found in their $1,000, $2,000 and $3,000 devices to be more accessible for everyone! This device is ideal for almost any application that requires it. John Boat, ice fishing, kayaking and even does everything I need for tournament bass fishing. I use it on a small crappie boat but can easily use it on my fiberglass boat that I fish for perch in tournaments. I am very satisfied and would recommend to anyone who wants an affordable upgrade!
