Review on Zumen by Evan Zurlo

I like how easy it was to set up my account, as well as customize our dashboard/design very easily! It's also integrated with Salesforce so that makes life easier when we have multiple people in different locations working together (i'm one of them!). There isn't much about this program itself - but maybe they're adding more things now? As far as user experience goes though there are some quirks here & there which can be improved upon or made better by their customer support team. At first I thought everything would look good at once until you start customizing your layout etc., then suddenly all these 'features' don't appear anymore even if its something small such as font color change or text size adjustment. If someone has any suggestions regarding customization please let me know because sometimes those little changes make big differences between what works best visually vs functionality wise from an end users point view.
