Terrible user interface ruins otherwise acceptable design
LCD display is difficult to read when setting cooking time and temperature as backlight is not on. As soon as the device starts cooking, the backlight turns on and the LCD display is very easy to read. The UI design is idiotic due to the complexity of cooking cycle programming. Once programmed, it works perfectly. It's just difficult to program because there's no backlight.
