While I love this product, from the smell to its ability to prevent burns and bumps, I'm not thrilled that it's smaller and more expensive and that the bottles don't seem to stand up to the hassle of transportation. Received mine in the mail and pressure from the shipping side resulted in some of the product escaping under the seal without wasting too much product, the amount was 1/10th of the bottle. That compares to about $1.30 lost due to shipping errors. For that price I could buy a cheap shaving cream and get twice as much. Any amount lost during shipping will truly make this purchase worthless. Which is a disappointment considering this is my shaving choice. If I could recommend anything it would be to make stronger bottles or ship the items in a box and bag so the bottles don't scatter or break. I really like this product but the cost really outweighs me because I want to buy it again. Edit: I was contacted by customer service and they were willing to match the cost with a new bottle at no extra cost plus a different smell. I'm glad they were willing to contact me to resolve this issue. Thanks very much!
