To be honest I did a lot of fact checking when I bought this. The first is operations and customer service, because you all know we're going to need help with things like this. First, we had a previous camera in our shed, it's 310 feet from the house, and it didn't work. This system took a little time, but it connected and worked stably for a month. Second, they offer waterproof connections for what they offer and also if you connect your own cable. That's great, I connected all cat 6s. The third night vision is at the top. I don't know how it works, but there aren't 30 diodes visible at night. They have two small LEDs that you can see at night. It works great. Finally customer service. I had a new camera that I had at home and somehow the lenses broke. I contacted them on Saturday, it's now Wednesday and they have a new camera which I paid to ship. They didn't wait 2 weeks to contact us, I feel like they are a great company to work with.
