Revised review. I've been using it for a while and it's way better than any of the offset versions, the only problem is that the cutting cones are a bit difficult to clean. and even a little - it's disgusting to say - dangerous. It's difficult to get in there and wash out all the dirt, and you have to because the dishwasher can't do that. A good solution would be if the kit included a cleaning brush to get in there and brush the material off the blades. Yes, blades as sharp as knives. I still highly recommend it. Caveot Emptor! Yes!
