The ability for thematic analysis of our data as well as being able to track metrics from each campaign was what sold us at first glance! Once we got started with B2C it's been great so far - haven't encountered any issues yet but I'm sure there are going be some minor ones along way (like all software).
We've seen about 25% increase traffic year over year through campaigns that have helped drive more qualified leads which has directly led into increased sales opportunity/deals closed this quarter alone by 18%. Having accessibility across multiple platforms is huge benefit too since customers can now reach out where they want rather than always having an email or phone number available if needed! It took time getting used to how different systems were setup compared to past experiences when working within legacy marketing automation tools however once you know your stuff its not much trouble moving forward anymore either. Our main challenge right off bat would probably be managing expectations.
