Wonderful product. It is very well made, looks like it will last a long time and does everything it says on the tin. My wife and I used it for the first time tonight and were very pleased. We made a bunch of patties stuffed with cheese and diced onions and we're looking forward to grilling them this weekend. The cakes were easy to make. They were all solid and perfectly formed, and there was not the slightest sign that they had fallen apart when we placed them between individual sheets of wax paper. (My wife is 75 and said this was the best hamburger press she has ever seen.) One thing that may not be entirely clear from the photos is that the handle top actually consists of two parts: a smaller press , which allows you to shape the bottom of the patty with an indentation in it to hold the filling, and then a larger portion that fits over the indentation, press and allows you to flatten the top of the patty, forming the burger to seal and fill in. There are some short YouTube clips that demonstrate this far better than I can put into words, you might want to check out one or two of them before you do it yourself.
