This turned out to be the solution to my problem. The U480 diagnostic scanner I just bought pointed out my reason for "checking the engine" and all it turned out was my old gas cap. I don't know how much money this saved me compared to going to the dealer or store, but I'm sure it was a lot of money. After putting on this new hat, I turned off the light and everything is fine now. I might add, apply a light coat of lube to both cap o-rings and a light coat to the contact points inside the fuel filler neck. This will prevent the o-ring from twisting or breaking which could cause the same problem again. Hope this helps everyone. Greeting: Gary
