Kitchen United Delivers Great Products & Excellent Service

Most of our new business comes through word of mouth from previous clients or referrals so it's great for them because they get repeat customers who will do more business at their stores! We haven't seen anything negative yet but that doesn’t mean there isn”t something I missed out on doing better during my time with this team - like maybe training all employees about customer service in general? Customer support needs improvement if nothing else as we are working hard toward getting everything automated for future growth (to hopefully cut back on employee hours). They have been amazing throughout each transaction. The only thing about dealing directly is you end up paying more out due to extra fees/taxes when compared to third party companies such as us. The team at kitchen united are very professional and easy going people who seem happy with what they do. They have been great in working closely with us as we take our business forward. I cannot think of anything that has gone wrong for me so far! We recently opened up an addition onto one of our sites which required some changes to the layout. This was done by the kitchen united guys without fuss or any problems - it's just another day job for them.
