I really like this suitcase. The price is great compared to Apple Store products, especially considering the hard back. It's sturdy yet easy to hold, has a low profile around the edges and doesn't block any part of the screen. Cutouts are also perfect, all buttons are accessible. The lid folds open with grooves on the inside, transforming it into a stable stand, but only in a horizontal position. I like that they left some space around each neckline. In my last case, the headphone cutout was so small that the jack couldn't be fully inserted while the case was on because the edges of the cutout prevented it from clicking. To the full extent. That doesn't happen with this one. Two complaints that keep this review from being a five star: you need a stronger magnet on the lid, it closes very easily, and if you lift it incorrectly the lid can sometimes pop open. You'll also need a way to make the lid easier to remove - maybe a hinged corner. Due to the rigid backing there is no flex that you can use to "open" the lid and once closed it will be very, very tight. Great for everyday use, bad if you need to remove the cover or just look up model info on the back of the iPad. While this isn't something most people have to do often, there should still be a way to take this camouflage off without a fight. Those minor complaints aside, this is definitely a good, solid product at a very reasonable price.
