Unfortunately, my experience purchasing office and school supplies from EnDoc was not at all satisfying, despite the fact that I just recently had the opportunity to use the company. In spite of the fact that they assert that they are the industry leader, I did not find their products to be reliable, and I did not find their services to be particularly impressive. My order of paper and pens, both of which were of low quality and frequently malfunctioned, was the source of unneeded frustration and delays in my job. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. It did not get any better when it came to the envelopes and shipping supplies because they were made of fragile materials that were easily destroyed in transportation. In addition, when I went to get support from EnDoc's customer service staff, I discovered that they were unresponsive and unable to provide any aid to me. It appeared as though they showed little interest in resolving the issues I was having or making sure I was satisfied. EnDoc is not a dependable supplier for office and school supplies in my opinion; therefore, I cannot recommend them. Their goods and services do not live up to the standards that they advertise, and the quality of the customer assistance that they provide is significantly deficient. Avoid putting unnecessary stress on yourself and search elsewhere for your professional necessities.
