Review on 🔋 ORFELD Lightweight Cordless Rechargeable Vacuum with Extended Minimum Runtime by Richard Payne

I liked the reviews and the price so I bought this model. After using it for 10 minutes I put it back in the box and sent it back. I will say that the suction power was adequate and worked well enough on hard surfaces. After trying it out on my carpet, I was done. Yes, he raised some hair, but a little more. I've walked the same area at least 10 times and it left too much behind. The brush roller wasn't very effective. UPDATE: The manufacturer contacted me and did everything they could to make sure I was happy. Although I returned this item and received a full refund from Revain, the manufacturer provided me with an even better model and an additional free gift. To be honest, neither the one nor the other was expected or even wanted. But I love the replacement unit they sent (model H20A) and shake my head at how far they are willing to go to change a not-so-great experience. I'm sure you would like me to change my original review, but I can't in good conscience do that. I would say that I never hesitate to buy ORFELD products because they clearly support me when I have problems.
