O2Cool Support never answers your calls or emails! They don't care, so they don't deserve your business!

O2COOL CHICAGO SUPPORT WILL NOT CALL YOU BACK! When you call the company you get a voicemail straight away and no one ever calls you back! I emailed their support team, no one ever emailed me back! I have no idea how to put the batteries in properly. There is a large distance between each battery, so the product does not work. O2COOL must post the video and write the web address directly on the box. Videos must show assembly instructions, operating instructions, care instructions and answers to frequently asked questions. People learn visually and can pause, rewind, and share the video with other customers. Nobody likes to call customer service and O2Cool should strive to keep customer service calls to a minimum. O2Cool must strive for customer satisfaction to get repeat orders and word of mouth to maximize profits. Not answering customer questions about the assembly/operation of their product is not an answer. Committed to a positive customer experience!
